But at the hospital, her baby is accidentally switched with the baby that belongs to a Malaysian couple, Lukman and Samina. They find out about this when the baby has to be operated for to a kidney defect. But Lukman and Samina do not want to switch the babies back. With help from many sides, the problem is finally solved.
